Half-term fun!

Daily activities for children and young people aged 6–16.
Meet at Failsworth Soccer Centre for the morning and/or afternoon
session. Say hello to friends and enjoy lots of activities all day!

£3 per session or £5 per day for each child.
Places are limited, pre-booking is advised.

• Only 45 participants per session – if more arrive they will be refused admission if not pre-booked
• Please pre book to avoid disappointment – please ring 0161 688 9745 or call into the centre for more information.
• You must fill in attached consent form and bring on first day or in advance
• Participants will be turned away if not signed in before 10am or 12.45pm respectively.
• All participants are permitted to stay for both sessions – if this is the case please bring a packed lunch to have within the centre, drinks or money for drinks and suitable clothing for all weather conditions. They will be monitored at all times by centre staff
• negative behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in parents or gaurdians being contacted and the participant being removed from the programme
• Please advise the centre manager of all contact details & medical conditions of the participant on the form supplied and return on first day of comencment.
• Please be aware that if the participant is not interested in being involved in any session the parent or gaurdian will be contacted immediatly to remove them from the session. These activities are designed to get all involved.
• If the weather is unfavourable for outside playing them we will take the children inside to the new sports hall at failsworth school.  If we are inside for any event can you please wait outside in either the soccer centre or leisure centre/school car park and do not try to the enter the school building - as you will not be allowed in.
